Oppo recently announced that its next flagship phone will be powered by the recently announced Snapdragon 888 chipset. now the latest leak provides more details about the cellphone.
This leak comes from tipter Evan Blass or also known as @evleaks. In a post on his Voice page, Blass said the cellphone was coded Fussi and was suspected of being the Oppo Find X3 Pro.
Blass didn’t share photos of the phone, but he did provide a description of what the Oppo Find X3 Pro looks like. According to him, the phone will have curved surfaces at the front and back, similar to its predecessor.
Blass claims the Find X3 Pro will be 20 grams lighter and a body 0.6mm thinner than the previous model. The back will be covered with ceramic or glass, and the color options will be black and blue at the start, with white coming after.
Find X3 Pro is claimed to carry a 6.7-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 1440 x 3216 and can display 1.07 billion colors. This phone is supported by an adaptive dynamic frame rate from 10 Hz to 120 Hz.
In terms of camera, it will get upgrades and downgrades when compared to its predecessor. If the Find X2 Pro has three rear cameras, the phone is equipped with four rear cameras consisting of the main camera, ultra-wide camera, telephoto camera and macro camera.
The main camera will rely on the Sony IMX766 sensor with a resolution of 50 MP which is paired with a wide-angle lens. The same sensor will also be used for the ultra-wide lens used by the Oppo Find X3 Pro.
If the Find X2 Pro uses a periscope lens to take long-distance photos, it reportedly will use a 13 MP telephoto lens. This lens allows the Find X3 Pro to take photos with 2x optical zoom, down from the 5x optical zoom capability of its predecessor.
Finally, there will be a 3 MP macro camera which Blass claims can take photos with a zoom of up to 25x. This camera is rumored to be surrounded by lights that will provide additional lighting for taking close-up photos.
The Find X3 Pro will be equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging and 30W VOOC Air wireless fast charging. This phone will be equipped with NFC which has a dual antenna design that allows users to pay by attaching the front or back of the cellphone.
In terms of chipset, it is certain that the Find X3 Pro will use the Snapdragon 888 chipset, but Blass has not revealed the RAM and internal memory options offered. This phone will run Android 11 wrapped in ColorOS.
Oppo says the new Find X series will be officially showcased in the first quarter of 2021. So we’ll have to wait a few months to find out if all the leaks above are true.
